Amazon enthüllt neue Kindle Varianten.

Nach über einem Jahr voller Gerüchte, ist es nun soweit:

Amazon hat sein Tablet (und mehr) vorgestellt!

 

Das auf "Kindle Fire" getaufte Tablet ist zwar Feature ärmer als die Konkurrenz von Apple und Co. (kein 3G, Kamera, Mikrophon und auch kein Zugang zum Google Android Market), kostet dafür aber auch nur $199.

News gibts auch bzgl. dem "original" Kindle:

1: Der Kindle Touch, eine Touchscreen Version des Originals, welche zusätzlich auch noch leichter und kleiner ist. Preis: $139 für die WiFi-only und (vermutlich) $179 für die 3G Variante.

2: Neuer "Basic" Kindle: etwas kleiner und leichter, dafür ohne Keyboard/Touchscreen. Erhältlich ab 12.10. um 99€

3: "Special Offer Version", eine günstigere Ausführung der 3 neuen Kindles ($79, $99, $139), welche jedoch Werbung beinhaltet. Keine Informationen bzgl. Verfügbarkeit in Europa.
